🔓 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝’𝐬 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭: 𝐃𝐐𝟑𝟖𝟏 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐+ 𝐆𝟎𝟒 𝐔𝐧𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 & 𝐎𝐁𝐃 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐡
TVS proudly announces a true world-first breakthrough: the successful unlock of the DQ381 G04 Bootloader. From now on, these 2022+ DQ381 DSG transmissions can be flashed through OBD after a one-time unlock.
Our Plug&Play hardware solution is no longer our only option.
𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐬
✅ Volkswagen – Golf 8R, Clubsport, GTI, Arteon, Tiguan, T-Roc
✅ Audi – S3 (8Y), TTS, SQ2
✅ Seat/Cupra – Leon, Ateca, Formentor

Because of the sensitive nature of this breakthrough, rollout is deliberately phased. This ensures security, protects our proprietary technology, and guarantees every unlock meets the highest standards of safety and reliability.
𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
At this stage, the unlock can ONLY be performed directly by TVS Engineers:
• Book an appointment at TVS HQ (Varsseveld, NL)
• Ship the mechatronic or TCU directly to HQ
• (Limited on-site unlock days via selected distributors may be organized depending on demand)
👉 Dealer tooling is under development and expected Q4 2025.
𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
Until 31 October 2025, the unlock procedure itself is completely free of charge at TVS HQ.
You only pay for:
• The standard charge of your chosen TVS TCU tuning
• Any shipping costs if sending in the mechatronic separately
⚠️ After 31 October 2025, unlocking fees are expected to apply, with the aim to keep them within 10% of the regular tuning fee.
