The LEGV 400 is suitable for Wärtsilä 34DF engines using SOGAV 105 gas admission valves.

After extensive testing procedure under demanding operating conditions, Bosch started supplying the LEGV 400, and MAKARIAN is among the first partners to receive stock,
enabling us to provide prompt support and availability to our customers.

Supporting 2-Stroke MAN type ME fuel injection systems.

Last years, MAKARIAN has been providing specialized service and spare parts support for MAN ME fuel injection equipment.

Our capabilities include the overhaul and reconditioning of fuel oil booster pumps, including restoration with new oversize plungers, as well as the supply of spare parts for both booster pumps and fuel valves.

From reconditioning to spare parts supply, our focus remains on precision, reliability and extending the service life of critical fuel injection components.

100+ MTU 538 Unit Injectors successfully overhauled in 2026.

Originally used in naval applications dating back to the 1980s, these units remain a demanding fuel injection system to overhaul due to their age, complexity and limited parts availability.

At MAKARIAN, every overhaul is carried out in accordance with the MTU technical manual, including precision reconditioning, adjustment, testing and volumetric control.

More than 100 units successfully completed since the beginning of the year.

In January 2021 we reconditioned the below MAN B&W FUEL PUMPS S50MC, these days we learn from our client that the specific fuel pumps have allready run appr. 8000hours with out any problem👌👌👌
