We’ve been quiet lately.
Not because we stopped but because we were building.

Every line, every component, every detail in this engine bay was measured, fabricated, and tested with purpose.

This is just one of several projects completed behind closed doors.

On the Huracan and R8 V10 platforms, the catalytic converters are integrated directly into the exhaust manifolds. For our latest twin turbo Huracan build, we removed the catalytic converters — as in high-boost applications they become a major restriction.

We cut the catalytic section and replaced it with a precision-fabricated straight pipe that connects to our 3D-printed-in-metal link pipes.

To ensure perfect fitment and repeatability, we built a dedicated jig to locate every hard point precisely.

Finally, the new section is wrapped in OE-style heat shielding, maintaining a factory look while keeping exhaust temps under control.

These manifolds will be available for all our twin turbo setups:
• Lamborghini Huracan LP
• Lamborghini Huracan Performante
• Audi R8 Gen2
• Audi R8 Gen3 Performance

The 2.0-litre 4cyl turbo engine, of the A45 AMG, produces 415bhp and 369lb ft. That means 0–62mph in 3.9 seconds from a car that weighs 1,680kg, solid numbers!

Ofcourse with a bit of tuning this pocket rocket can become even more powerful.

On this example we fitted our A45 AMG Downpipe with our signature heat shield, to keep under the bonnet temps in check.

Now with more aggressive sound and faster spool up, this becomes the ultimate weapon for the streets.

A rare sight in our workshop — the legendary MK2 Ford Focus RS .

This customer entrusted us to develop a custom intercooler and charge pipes, and as always, everything was fabricated in-house with meticulous attention to detail.

🔹 A bespoke air diverter was designed and built to guide airflow directly into the intercooler core.
🔹 Custom brackets were integrated into the intercooler, making this a true plug-and-play upgrade.

Powered by a 305hp turbocharged 2.5L 5-cylinder paired with a limited-slip differential, the MK2 RS remains one of the most iconic hot hatches of its era — and it deserves components that match its character.
