We did an engine and transmission swap on this one .
The story of this car is quite interesting .
A client came in with this 2015 Santafe 2.0T with some minor issues of oil leak . But we weren’t brief with the much details , which was the leakage went on for a long time which end up causing many damage on the oil pump and late the bearings got blown.The client was already ready to get raid of the car so he just left it with me to sell . Lol
Weeks later another client came in with his wife’s car and I ask him if he is interested in this car . He asked what need to be done I said an engine and few body works this car is back on the road . How much ? I gave a price . Talk the owner to come down . And I did the next thing i hear is a deal I will push you money to make payments .
Talk to your guy at market let’s get the price of the engine let’s get this baby on the road .
The day I went to market to get just an engine I so complete engine with transmission and I just went ahead to get both knowing that wasn’t the budget but when you look at the bigger picture and the price was cool . I got both and send the client text knowing very well he won’t say no .
Few weeks later this is the beauty .
