🌟For Sale – Land Rover Defender🌟
After 2 years of ownership and restoration, I’ve decided to sell my Defender due to business expansion. This was never intended to be a flip or quick project, so everything has been carried out properly and to a high standard throughout.
The result is a solid, honest Defender that’s ready for many more years of service — and with Tax and MOT exemption only 2 years away, it’s becoming an even more desirable classic.
This Defender has covered just 36,000 miles and benefits from extensive work including:
* Mayers Galvanised chassis
* Full respray
* Powder-coated and reconditioned front & rear axles
* New discs, pads & calipers
* New rear brakes and wheel cylinders
* New brake lines throughout
* Solid bulkhead
* All bushes and bearings replaced
* 5 new wheels and tyres
* New headlights

As expected with an older Land Rover, there are still a few minor jobs remaining:
* Seats are worn and could do with retrimming/replacing
* Fuel gauge reads full constantly (fuel warning light works correctly)
* Dashboard trims need attention
* Reverse and fog lights need fitting
* Larger tyres were fitted and currently rub slightly on full lock
Overall, this is a very solid Defender with huge amounts of money, time and effort invested. A great base for someone wanting a usable classic that’s already had the major work completed.
