We raised an incredible £4,580 for children’s charity OSCAR's Paediatric Brain Tumour Charity 🧡🧡

Our team took on the Yorkshire Three Peaks to raise money for this incredible York charity, and we’re so proud of what we achieved together.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated and sponsored our insane expedition!

But we didn’t just want to tell you how much we raised. We wanted to show you what that money actually means to families across York affected by childhood brain tumours.

Our very own Scott and Cam were at Bailbrook House, Bath, helping dish out the awards at the British Bobsleigh & Skeleton Association’s annual awards.
A huge congratulations to Leon Greenwood, named Autohorn Bobsleigh Athlete of the Year, and to Matt Weston, who took home the Skeleton Athlete of the Year award following an incredible season of Olympic, World Cup and European success.

Being an athlete is a rollercoaster of highs and lows, and we take our hats off to the determination and relentlessness of this team.
We’re incredibly proud to support British Bobsleigh & Skeleton and to celebrate the athletes who give it everything. Thanks for letting us be part of the awards. Here’s to next season!

Here’s everything you need to know for your trip to the tip....

Whether you’re tackling the garage, clearing the loft or finally getting round to that garden makeover, a trip to the tip is one of the most satisfying jobs to tick off the list.

If you're hiring a van and heading to your local tip, there are a couple of extra things you’ll need to bring:

✅ Your hire vehicle documents
✅ Proof of your York address (such as a recent utility bill)

You may also need to book a slot before you arrive, so it’s worth checking online before you head start the engine.

Don’t get caught out, nothing spoils a day at the tip like hauling all that clutter back home with you again.
