Suzuki GN125 Finished and FOR SALE
So finished the overhaul of the GN.
Wheels Resprayed, New Rear Brake Shoes fitted, Forks Resprayed, Frame Resprayed, Engine Resprayed, New Rev Counter Cable Fitted, New Front and Rear Mudguard Fitted, New Chainguard Fitted, L Plates Fitted, New Horn Fitted, New Mirrors Fitted, Dented Tank Filled Primed and Resprayed. Tyres are virtually Brand New so just checked pressures. Complete Health Check of Bike and then Final Clean and Valet and Detailed ready for Sale. When I got the Bike it was Mechanically very good bike but cosmetics let it down, now after a lot of work it looks fantastic and will make someone very happy. Bike will be up for Sale soon once I’ve sorted out Pricing.

Engine Refitted after Cleaning and Respraying original Suzuki Silver.
Swingarm Stripped and Resprayed original Gloss Black.
Wheels Removed, cleaned and Resprayed original Black and then Machine Polished Rims.
Rear brake Hub Cleaned and Resprayed Silver.
Sprocket Carrier Cleaned and Resprayed Silver.
Front Forks Stripped and Resprayed Original Gloss Black.
Awaiting New Parts for Final Assembly.
Looking great so far 👍👍🏍

Suzuki GN125. Frame and Swingarm rubbed down and treated with a specialist rust cure primer. Then Resprayed in Gloss Black and lacquered.

To Do....
Engine Degrease and Resprayed
Frame Rubbed down and Resprayed
Wheels to be cleaned and Repainted
Forks rubbed down and Resprayed
Front and Rear Mudguards removed and to be replaced with new ones
Bar Clamps and Top Yoke to be rubbed down and Resprayed
Exhaust Cleaned and High temp repaint
New Rear Brake Shoes to be Fitted
Fitting Fork Gaiters to protect Forks from more corrosion
Fitting New Rear Light Lens
L Plates Front and Rear to be Fitted

Should keep me busy for a while. More Pics to follow as project progresses 👍🏍
