A little bit of nostalgia.

Did you know the MINI One first arrived in 2001 with a 1.6 litre engine producing 89 horsepower?

As one of the early MINI’s produced by BMW Group at Plant Oxford, it became part of the new chapter in MINI history.

Fast forward to today, the MINI One spirit lives on! With a 1.5 litre engine now producing 122 horsepower, it still has its unmistakeable MINI character.

Scare in the Square, Dorchester!

We have been getting into the Halloween spirit at Brewery Square today, creating our very own scarecrow which will be on display over half term.

We’re proud to be supporting the wonderful Weldmar Hospicecare charity.

Why not pop down to Brewery Square this half-term and check out the Scarecrows. You can even cast a vote for your favourite.

We’re delighted to welcome 16-year-old Henri Gosney’s winning MINI One to our showroom for the next two weeks.

Henri has made history as the first Junior Driver to win the Wiscombe Tillicoultry Quarries Hillclimb Championship - an incredible achievement at just 16.

He has also picked up the South West Young Driver of the Year award and Most Improved Driver award.

We’re proud to celebrate Henri, his hard work and his MINI One by giving him a special spot in our showroom.

Legend is a word used too often, not in this case though. Our senior technician Martyn Brake has passed his Master Technician qualification. Only a small percentage of BMW/MINI Technicians get to this very high standard.
Martyn has worked at Yeovil MINI for years, he has helped and guide many apprentice technicians through the Academy along side providing help and support to customers and colleagues along the way.
Congratulations Martyn, very well deserved.
