JOB DESCRIPTION.
Chirk Auto Paints Ltd. are suppliers to the vehicle repair and refinish industry and have identified an opportunity for a paint mixer / stock controller / counter sales assistant to join the team based in Chirk, near Wrexham.
As Paint mixer/ stock controller / counter sales assistant, your main responsibilities will be to accurately mix paint for our customers, and to oversee and control/maintain suitable stock for prompt and efficient supply to our customers, either at the sales counter, in readiness for our delivery van, or to be collected by courier for orders from our websales.
PAINT MIXER / STOCK CONTROLLER/ COUNTER SALES ASSISTANT POSITION SUMMARY.
* Accurate mixing of various paint types for customers.
* Respond to customers requests for stock and general queries, either by telephone or at the sales counter, then select and assemble goods with precision for customers as required.
* Maintain adequate stocks of product in anticipation of customer demand and control stock movements using appropriate company documentation.
* Report and take necessary action in respect of damages, discrepancies or faults, to ensure goods are fit for resale, and any product likely to exceed its shelf life to be reported to management or sold.
* Answer and respond to telephone and counter enquiries or complaints in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner.
* Carry out all duties so as to promote good customer relations and develop future business.
* Carry out other non specified duties ad hoc as required by senior management from time to time.

EXPERIENCE.
Experience is highly desirable in our business, but not strictly essential as training will be provided as required and ongoing with our continuously updating products and regimes.
The job position will be deemed as ‘Full-Time’.
