We are a German car and EV/Hybrid specialist based in Wraysbury Berkshire. We offer servicing, MOT's and repairs on all makes with diagnosis and fault finding with dealer level tooling for VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda. 2020 Audi Q5 Hybrid came into the workshop with a complete no drive issue.

After carrying out initial diagnostics, we identified a fault within the electric drive module caused by a software error. Using official Audi diagnostic equipment (ODIS), we performed a full software update and coding procedure.

Vehicle is now repaired and back on the road operating exactly as it should.

Modern hybrid and electric vehicles require the correct diagnostic tools and manufacturer-level software knowledge to diagnose faults properly. ✅

This 2019 BMW X3 came in with no sound from the speakers and no parking sensor audio.

We carried out a full diagnostic assessment and discovered water contamination in the amplifier. After more in-depth investigation, we found the root cause — the panoramic roof drain was blocked. This caused water to overflow, leak into the vehicle, and travel down to the amplifier, ultimately damaging it beyond repair.

We rectified the issue by clearing and repairing the roof drainage system to prevent further leaks. A brand-new genuine BMW amplifier was fitted, and the vehicle was professionally programmed and coded online to factory specifications.

All repairs were completed using genuine parts. The sound system and parking sensors are now fully operational again.

Here we have a 2019 Tesla that came in with no heating inside the cabin.
We carried out a full diagnostic and found that the PTC heater module, which provides heat to the cabin, had failed and had also blown the fuse.

We replaced the PTC heater module and the fuse using genuine Tesla parts. After repairs, the system was tested and confirmed to be working correctly, with full heating restored to the cabin.

This vehicle came in for its MOT and unfortunately failed due to a severely perished rear tyre.
During inspection, we found extensive cracking around the sidewall, and the tyre had deteriorated to the point where the internal cords were exposed — a serious safety risk and an instant MOT failure.

We replaced both rear tyres with new ones.
After replacement, the vehicle was re-tested and passed the MOT with no further issues.

Here we have a 2012 BMW 3 Series 2.0L petrol that came in with an oil leak from the engine sump gasket.
We removed the sump and discovered a large amount of broken timing chain guide material inside.
We advised the customer to allow us to remove and inspect the timing chain assembly.

Upon inspection, we found that the timing chain was heavily worn and the chain guides were badly broken.
We replaced all necessary components using genuine BMW parts.

The vehicle is now running perfectly. The customer was very fortunate to catch this issue in time — if the timing chain had snapped, it could have resulted in severe engine damage.

This 2010 BMW 3 Series came in with a complaint of overheating.
After carrying out diagnostics, we found that the electric water pump was faulty.

We replaced the water pump and thermostat using genuine BMW parts, then refilled the system with fresh antifreeze and bled the cooling system using the correct special function.

Mercedes C-Class came in for a full service and a complaint of juddering during acceleration.
We carried out a quick fault code scan, but no engine fault codes were found.
During the service, we discovered that the spark plugs were in a very poor condition, which explained the juddering issue.
After completing the full service and replacing the spark plugs, we carried out a road test — the car drove beautifully.
No diagnostic fees were charged to the customer.

This vehicle came to us after spending six months at another garage due to a lack of hot air inside the cabin. Despite the owner spending thousands, the issue remained unresolved. We carried out our initial diagnostics and suspected a faulty water pump. Upon removal, we found the impeller to be defective. A new water pump and timing belt were fitted, and the vehicle is now operating perfectly.

2019 Mercedes B class came in for noise from engine bay. Carried out diagnosis assessment found faulty flywheel. Replace flywheel with genuine Mercedes parts. All good.
