Over the past few years, we have seen an increase in problems with carburettor fed bikes which we believe is due in no small part to the use of petrol with added ethanol (E5/10). It has a detrimental effect on the many seals and o rings inside the carburettors and makes it very difficult, expensive and frequently impossible to make the bikes run as they should. Also, the time required to achieve this is far greater than our customers are willing to pay and this has frequently resulted in the work not being commercially viable. Therefore, it is with some regret that with immediate effect, we will no longer be carrying out any work on fueling issues on carburettor fed bikes.
