🚐 Let’s talk opening hours…

Our sales team is open Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm and until dinnertime on Saturdays.

Recently, we stayed open late for a customer. The thing is… he didn’t ask if we could stay open.

It wasn’t, “Would you mind waiting for me?”

It was more, “Mate, I’m running two hours late. I’ll see you when I get there.”

That got us thinking…

If Tesco closes at 10pm, would you expect them to reopen the doors because you’re running late? 🤔

Should opening hours be opening hours?

Or should businesses always accommodate customers, regardless of the time?

We’re genuinely interested in your views on this one 👇
