Trailer has new wheels, new hitch, new running gear so it's very obvious its well maintained if offered 2nd hand - ramps are also stored on the bed as not the correct ramps for the trailer

As we carry over 1,000 wheels and tyres on stock with over 100 variations we are starting our flash sales with popular wheels and tyres that fit Ifor Williams trailers.

We are offering wheels used on Ifor Williams trailers with over 20% Reduction on price compared to our usual competitive price.

These are not the cheapest tyres we can buy most are Compass CT8000 tyres (not always in the photos on our website) and the high pressure tyres are all fitted with the high pressure metal valves.

The 185/70R13C has the GT Radial Savero tyre on not one of the 3 other brands that have tried copying.

Al-ko Brake shoe and drum max wear limits for trailer brakes.
Over the years we have realized the importance of auto reverse brakes needing the correct tolerances to work correctly.
Attached is the document that Al-ko produced for the minimum shoe lining thickness and maximum internal drum diameter for their brakes to work correctly.
This is not just for Al-ko axles but any axle using a Al-ko brake including Indespension and the trailers used with these axles / brakes such as Brian James Trailers and many more.
These tolerances need to be checked on every trailer service as when the brakes pass the wear limits the brakes will not work efficiently,
Auto reverse may not operate correctly,
New shoes will wear unevenly if fitted into an oversize drum taking the middle of the linings out,
heat can build up causing problems to other pars of the brake and bearing,
drums can oval
and many more problems can be caused.
Check these measurements every time you take a drum off a trailer.

Brake shoe and drum max wear limits for trailer brakes.

Over the years we have realised the importance of auto reverse brakes needing the correct tolerances to work correctly.

Attached is the document that Knott produced for the minimum shoe lining thickness and maximum internal drum diameter for their brakes to work correctly.
