Charlie had been having lessons elsewhere before coming to me, so a big thank you to Dale for getting Charlie to such a good standard and making my job that little bit easier. 👏

With Charlie emigrating shortly, passing today was absolutely imperative — and thankfully he got the job done! 🙌

Massive congratulations to Isaac Elliott on passing his driving test this morning! 🎉🚗

Isaac found learning to drive a real challenge, and at one point his previous instructor even told him to pack it in. Thankfully, Isaac had the determination to keep going and was recommended to me to help him achieve his goal.

After many lessons and plenty of hard work, today was finally Isaac’s big day — and he did it! 👏

Well done, pal. I’ll definitely miss our football chats! ⚽😂

So yesterday was a very early start for Harry Earl, who absolutely smashed his driving test first time with just 1 fault! 🎉🚗

And that one fault? He flashed the headlights instead of showing the examiner how to operate the windscreen washers 😂

So basically… a perfect drive! 👌

Harry has put in plenty of private practice too, so it was never really in doubt that he’d smash it.

It’s always a great feeling to see a pupil pass (even though he doesn’t look it 🤣). Massive congratulations to Luke Phillipson on achieving zero faults on his driving test today!

I’ve now taught all three of the Phillipson boys to drive, and it’s always nice to feel appreciated for the work that goes into helping pupils learn the skills they need to become confident and safe drivers.

It’s not very often in this industry that people truly understand just how much a driving instructor has to do to get pupils to the standard required to be successful — which makes days like today even more rewarding.
