A pair of British classics in today — this lovely Mini Sprite is in for exhaust repairs and suspension adjustments, while the stunning Triumph TR6 is getting some electrical fault finding and repair work sorted.

We’ve had some very interesting cars and jobs through the workshop recently at Marra Motors.

One standout project was this fantastic Mk2 Es**rt rally car, where we used an oscilloscope to analyse the ignition signal and accurately set the ignition timing. Using advanced diagnostic equipment alongside practical experience allows us to tackle specialist jobs with precision and confidence.

We also had the pleasure of servicing and inspecting this stunning Maserati GranTurismo — a true grand tourer with an unmistakable V8 soundtrack.

From in depth diagnostics to servicing and fault finding, we work on everything from bespoke competition cars to high-end prestige vehicles.

Full Time Receptionist / Front of House WantedSeaton, Cumbria

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our busy servicing and repairs garage as our full time receptionist/front of house team member.

You’ll be the first face customers see when they walk through the door, so we’re after someone who is approachable, organised, and happy working in a busy environment.

Main duties will include:

Greeting customers and helping with enquiries

Answering phone calls and booking vehicles in

Managing appointments and workshop diary

Taking payments and handling invoices

Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress

General admin and paperwork

Keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming

What we’re looking for:

Good people skills and a friendly attitude

Organised and able to multitask

Confident using computers/phones

Reliable and hardworking

Previous customer service/reception experience preferred

Motor trade knowledge is a bonus but not essential

This is a full time position with competitive pay, working as part of a friendly local team.
