When changing down from 3rd to second it would have a slight crunch 😬

Recommend a gearbox oil change 😏

As you can see the old gearbox oil hasn’t been changed in a very long time

I also did a service on this van not so long ago

After the gearbox oil was changed and ran up to temp, ran through the gears smooth and no more crunch 😝💪

2.2 litres of new gearbox oil ✅
New engine oil ✅
New oil filter ✅
New air filter ✅
New cabin filter ✅

Customer said the clutch was slipping, we advised replacing it, gave her a quote and she was happy to proceed.

Customer also opted in for a full service at the same time 😁

Clutch kit included:
New clutch disc ✅
New pressure plate ✅
Nee release bearing ✅

Full service included
New 5L oil ✅
New oil filter ✅
New cabin filter ✅
New air filter ✅

Took around 3 hours from start to finish 😜💪

Returning customer🔂 ♻️

Had a call from him saying he thought it was his driveshaft was knocking when turning a corner 😬

Asked me if I wouldn’t mind coming by and confirming this was the problem 😁💯💪

Fitted a new driveshaft ✅
New hub nut ✅
All bolts torqued to spec ✅

The unwanted noise went away after the new driveshaft was replaced so it was 100% the driveshaft that was the issue ✅

Very happy customer and he’s very happy with the fact I don’t mess about and came and sorted the problem for him quite quickly ✅

Could anyone that has messaged me over this last week and that I have quoted for a job please as I’ve forgot who’s who and what they needed doing as last Friday my phone was non stop and I couldn’t fit everyone in over the weekend, do apologise it’s so unprofessional of me to ask

Maybe I need some note book or something to keep track of things

Really appreciate it and I apologise for letting anyone down, was not intentional just had a busy day Friday and a mad weekend

I’m free today for few hours and I’m free majority of this week.

All greased as they should be ✅
Plugged my diagnostic in to make sure there was no stored codes ✅
Front wheels chocked ✅

Had new rear shoes ✅
I fitted the offside ✅
Adjusted both sides ✅
Adjusted the handbrake from centre console ✅
Handbrakes works perfect as is now ready for its mot ✅
