Custom Sport Seat Foams – Developed In House
Trim Technik specialise in the complete design, development, and manufacture of high-performance sport seat foams, developed in house to meet the demands of today’s commercial and lifestyle vehicles. From tooling to trimming, every component is overseen by our expert team to ensure OE level fit, finish, and comfort.

Our latest generation of sport foams has been precision moulded to fit directly over the original seat and headrest frames across a range of popular platforms, including Ford Transit, Volkswagen Transporter (T5/T5.1/T6/T6.1) Volkswagen California (Beach, Ocean, Coast), Volkswagen Golf (Mk7/Mk8)

These bespoke foams are developed exclusively by our in-house R&D and production teams, ensuring seamless compatibility with the factory frame structure and allowing for a safe upgrade with no structural changes.
Each seat upgrade is supplied with our custom made leather covers, handcrafted to your specification. Choose from a wide range of colours, stitch patterns, and finishes to turn utility into luxury, and standard into standout.

Engineered for Driving Comfort and Performance
Constructed using OE grade polyurethane, our sport foams are engineered for enhanced ergonomics and support.
Each foam is precision moulded to the exact shape of the original seat frame, delivering a driving position that’s sportier, more supportive, and noticeably more comfortable, whether you’re driving long distances or city streets.

Professional Installation, On-Site or at Our Workshop
Your upgraded interior can be installed either at our Prenton-based workshop or on site at your location. The factory seat foams are removed and replaced with our sport foams, which are fully compatible with both OE and aftermarket heated seat systems providing increased functionality along with the comfort upgrade.
Please Note: Our current selection of sport foams are designed for non-airbag seats

Airbag Compatible Options
For vehicles equipped with integrated seat airbags we offer premium leather seat covers with fully certified airbag seams and deployment tags. These can be fitted over the original foams, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations while still achieving a tailored, high end look.

We can also fit original manufacturer sport foams to compatible seats along with our premium leather covers with certified airbag seams and tags for a fully functional OE looking result. We are at the moment developing airbag compatible foams across all supported models to expand our range even further. ...Stay tuned for updates.

Suzuki Jimny Leather Install Partnership.

Trim Technik are very happy to be partnering with Checkpoint Specialist Cars in LLay near Wrexham. Installing individual custom leather interiors to a fleet of Brand New Suzuki Jimny’s . These funky little jeeps are really taking off as an affordable baby G-Wagon option with a great look, a great spec and now a great leather interior. Fitted here at our workshop on The Wirral, with national installation available, the install of the leather seats takes a day to complete.
The seats are removed from the vehicle for ease of fitting and to protect the rest of the interior trim, the original factory cloth seat covers are removed from the seats and the new tailor made to measure leather seat covers are fitted to the seat frames and foams with all the Heated Seats, Airbags and Occupancy Sensors untouched, intact and in full working order. Then its back in to the car with the seats to be torque bolted safely back to the vehicle floorplan.

With upgrades available on the door cards, interior trims and steering wheels also available, we can really turn these cars in to something very special, a vehicle personalised to you that looks and feels premium.

With a similar process involved in fitting our Heated Seat Systems and Massage and Lumbar Support Seat Systems, we can fit here at our workshop or Nationally at your workshop or in your garage. Our Method, Our team, process and approach means we can bring everything we need to you to get the job done on site. With less logistics for you we can complete quickly, professionally and conveniently.
