After a 18 month build between jobs we handed over the latest refurbed 90 yesterday to its new owners. Built to customers spec 300 Tdi automatic galvanised rebuild painted to customers request by our on site bodyshop Suffolk Car Body Repairs at Landypart . We will continue this coming week with Series 3 galvanised chassis and bulkhead rebuild👍

The latest Series 3 is in for replacement galvanised bulkhead and chassis we recovered it to the workshop friday and began the strip down this morning. With some repairs to the seat box and rear tub it will be mounted to its new MAER chassis onThursday. Followed by replacement galvanised bulkhead freshly painted onsite at our bodyshop and will be mounted and built back up. More pictures to follow as we dodge the british weather

Coming in for complete rebuild fresh galvanised chassis and brand new bulkhead
300 tdi converted using very low mileage 300 tdi conversion less than 60000 miles
Currently truck cab can be soft top or hardtop

Start of another very busy week we have a 300 tdi auto 90 on site which is being completely rebuilt. Also a 110 awaiting body overhaul aswell as a series 3 that unfortunately the customer has been majorly had over by another business which now requires extensive replacement parts including a whole new bulkhead. There is also the possibility that we will be under taking another galvanised defender rebuild shortly on an ex mod 110. The list doesn't get any smaller Happy Monday customers
