So we’ve been very quiet on here recently. The reason is we have been clearing though years of dust from the body shop ready to hand the workshop over. What does this mean you may ask. So we have ultimately made the decision to semi retire. We love our motor home and want to spend more time away from the workshop.

We shall still be around but more mechanically than paint. However SmSmart Paint Mkill be coming into our unit at Wolverton and more than capable of assisting with all your paint and scratch repairs.

If you are thinking of a restoration then we can manage this for you through the paint process.

Our fabrication team are still welding and sanding those beautiful classics.

Lovely Baywindow in for gearbox fault. Stuck in first gear, we removed the gearbox and stripped it down to find the selector hockey stick and ball badly worn. After replacing with new parts and fresh oil it’s working perfect and saved the customer a huge gearbox replacement cost. .

Qr Wuattro bonnet repair and repaint. Those that know the front lip of the bonnet is prone for corrosion. This one had the corrosion repaired with filler before and just came back through. We cut out the corrosion and repaired the lip, seen in second photo if you look closely. Took off several coats of paint and repainted with the novol for classic car system. Good for many years to come.

Vw T25 centre section of the front panel always rot away at the lip. We’ve removed the whole section re fabricated the panel removed and welded back in. Good for many more years. Later in the week we will repaint the panel.
