Rotax 257 engine I’ve just fully rebuilt. Loads of new parts on this and been a bit of headache but is done now

▪️Crank has been professionally rebuilt by PJ Motorcycle engineers with a new genuine Rotax conrod kit fitted
▪️Barrel has been professionally honed and a brand new Wiseco piston kit plus new small end bearing
▪️All engine parts have been aquablasted apart from inner clutch cover which is new, the crankcases didn't come up that well so I painted them with engine enamel primer and then engine enamel aluminum and baked them in oven for an hour
▪️New genuine Rotax outer clutch cover
▪️New genuine Rotax outer clutch basket
▪️New genuine Rotax thermostat
▪️New genuine Rotax kickstart which i had professionally extended to 115mm so will work in an Aprilia RS125
▪️New genuine Rotax sightglass
▪️New genuine Rotax clutch cover caps
▪️New genuine Rotax gaskets
▪️New genuine Rotax Rave 2 bellows and springs
▪️All new bearings fitted on the crank and in the engine. FAG and few SKF
▪️All new seals including crank, gearbox, kickstart etc.

Just fitted one of my customs GPS units I make to customers bike. Lot of work to make these but look the part. The bottom display you can cycle through temperature, time and voltage so only thing you lose is lap timer. Comes with new temp sensor for the cylinder head so have to change that also

Aprilia RS125 SP Rotax 123 engine I’ve just fully rebuilt. Had cases aqua blasted and covers powdercoated close to the original colour. I’m restoring an SP model for someone.
