These new DVSA rules are designed to stop bots and unfair booking systems, giving genuine learners a fairer chance at getting a test. It will mean more responsibility for learners and less flexibility with changes, so planning ahead will be more important than ever. Daniel’s Road to Success: Earned, Not Given 🚗

This wasn’t just a driving test. This was a fight.

For Daniel, the journey came with challenges most people will never fully understand. Living with daily battles meant every skill coordination, awareness, decision-making had to be worked for, repeatedly. Nothing came easy, and progress was hard won.

There were frustrating days. Moments where things didn’t click. Times when it would’ve been easier to step away.

But he didn’t.

He showed up. Again and again. Put the work in. Faced the same challenges head-on until they stopped being obstacles and started becoming habits. That’s where the change happened not in one big moment, but in the quiet consistency.

Today, Daniel passed his test.

That licence isn’t just permission to drive. It’s proof proof of resilience, discipline, and a refusal to be beaten by the hard days.

Daniel, you didn’t get lucky. You earned this. Every mile of it.

Huge congratulations to Caitlin on smashing your Practical test at Chertsey DVSA yesterday!

To say you was up against it would be putting it lightly. Anxiety was sky-high all week, confidence had taken a hit, and the pressure of “failure isn’t an option” was hanging over everything. Despite weeks of solid driving, a few last-minute silly mistakes crept in and started to play on her mind.

And just to make things even more interesting… test day arrived along with a full-blown runny nose. Honestly, Niagara Falls would’ve been jealous. Not a sniffle throughout training, then boom perfect timing!

But here’s what matters: Caitlin didn’t fold. She showed up, held it together (tissues and all), and delivered an outstanding drive just about as close to perfect as you can get.

It’s been an absolute pleasure helping you get to this point. Now the real journey begins. I’ve no doubt the whole family especially the kids are buzzing now that the 7-seater is officially in action.

Enjoy every mile, Caitlin. You’ve more than earned it. Happy motoring in 2026 🚗

Well Lewis Hanson Reflecting on our last few intensive lessons, it was a bit of a rollercoaster! From mastering blind spots and mirror checks to smoothing out that "firm" braking and learning how to let the steering wheel glide, we covered a lot of ground. You took every bit of critique to heart, and it clearly paid off.
On test day, you were controlled, safe, and focused. A huge congratulations on a fantastic result! Now that you’re the official "Family Uber" for your siblings and the personal taxi for Mum and Dad, remember that the real journey starts now. It’s been a pleasure coaching you stay safe out there!
