This car came in with a coolant leak and found The plastic housing under the inlet manifold was leaking unfortunately the manifold had to come off just to undo one bolt fortunately for the customer we did find a lot of carbon in the manifold and was restricting the airflow

We had to remove the radiator assembly to change the electric fan assembly and found that it’s all been
removed before but some one must have lost the correct bolts unfortunately the bolts they used where to long and had gone all the way in to the radiator now it needed a new radiator as well as the fan assembly

This customer was complaining of the driver side window was not closing all the way up when we remove the door panel and got the regulator out we found that the cable Head jump off the rotating wheel preventing it from lifting correctly Unfortunately the tension of the springs we were unable to refit we had to replace the regulator

This clutch assembly came out of a BMW M6 customer complaining that he had no drive on investigating we found that the car had been aggressively driven and It’s been launched to the limit consequently the clutch blew up £3000 clutch assembly Plus labour

This car had been to a number of workshops with a running problem and they where unable to find the fault but with some time to investigate we found it the positive cable was shorting out to earth and was upsetting the engine control unit

This is the problems we get when a Driveshaft nut has rotten away and it’s has to come off to replace the hub bearing and just to Remove the nut took the best part of 2 1/2 hour before we could even start the job
