Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Generate and develop new business leads through proactive cold calling and networking.
Sell our driver training courses to local companies, working from the office, home, and in the field.
Recruit and train new sales representatives to support the growth of our sales operations.
Recruitment Development:
Establish and expand a recruitment division to place newly qualified drivers in job roles.
Develop a driving agency providing drivers, warehouse staff, forklift operators, and more to our clients.
