Join Our Team & Help Build a New D1 Driver Team!

We are looking for a motivated and professional Minibus Instructor & Driver to join us and play a key role in developing a new team of D1 Minibus Drivers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be more than just a driver — helping to shape and grow a new collaborative team within our business.

Requirements:
Full D1 or D licence (minimum 3 years experience)
Valid Driver CPC
DBS check
Tachograph card
Experience in school or airport runs (preferred but not essential)

About the Role: We provide training and driver assessments for schools, colleges, charities, and other organisations. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training while supporting the development of our new Minibus Driver collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:
Patient, friendly, and professional
Fluent in English
Enjoys training and supporting new drivers
Positive attitude and team player
Someone keen to help build and grow a new team

KIM Driver Training is looking for a highly motivated ,experienced HGV Drivers who wish to become Instructors.

Kim Driver Training was established in 2008, and we progressively became the trusted local Training Company Covering Berkshire , Oxfordshire,Buckinghamshire Surrey and Hampshire .

We have depots in Reading,Bracknell, Maidenhead,Henley-on-Thames,Culham Abingdon and our office is in Knowl Hill between Reading and Maidenhead.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a C+E Instructor
3 years Active driving experience and a clean licence is necessary.

You will be working closely with other Instructors, Managers and Pupils.
Working on your initiative is essential as is time keeping.
You will also need to be a team player with good communication skills and an enthusiastic approach in the support and training of our pupils.
Monday to Friday
Hours can be varied between
7am-5pm
7 to 8 hours per day
£15 per hour
£32k per annum
Full Training and Uniform provided
