Ford Focus come in with No power steering. Complete Failure.

Checked measured values, voltage and earth's. Alternator and battery health. Found the PSCM has got an internal electronic failure.

Replaced the PSCM and programmed. Road test.

Turbo week 😬, Bmw 218d, failed it's MOT.. due to plumes of smoke.

Found excessive amount of oil being drawn up through the charge hoses.

Oil seals in turbocharger had failed.

Replaced Turbo and feed pipe. Cleaned out intercooler.

Oil and air filter change.

Reset, adapted.
Retested.

Ford Transit 2.2, using oil and smoking during acceleration. Rough running on occasion and running on!

Intercooler was full of oil... turbo charger oil seals had failed.

Replaced turbo, feed, and drain pipes. Drained intercooler and cleaned out.
Oil and air filter change.

Reset Ecu and adaptations.

Road test

Skoda Octavia had the "move selector lever into position P!" Warning.. even though it was and driving along would come up with the same message.

The microswitch failure in the gearshift module had failed.

Luckily, there is a modification part for this issue.

Fitted the mod.

VW touareg 3.0tdi
Wouldn't run, no fault codes.. found 2 problems. The charge cooler was leaking internally and the HP egr valve was broken, allowing exhaust gases straight into the inlet suffocating the engine.

Replaced the charge cooler and egr valve. Cleaned the intakes

New gaskets, dpf regeneration
Road test

Tesla Model S parking assistant was not working.

Error with all the rear parking sensors.
Removed bumper, tested wiring.

Found break in cable.

Repaired wiring. Job done

Subaru Impreza for timing belt and water pump change.

Porsche Cayenne S 3.0 Hybrid in for timing chains.

Correlation fault.

New chains, guides, Tensioners, seals and gaskets. New oil filter. Spark plugs. Autogearbox servixe and aircon.

No EML light, no rattling noise.!
