Three guys, 60 years of service at Field's!๐Ÿ‘

Last Friday at the Cricketers in Horsell, we celebrated the fact that three of our staff have reached milestones in their length of service to Field's.

Chris Maple: An unbelievable 30 years.

Sal: 20 years, and Dom: 10 years.

60 years between them. Wow. ๐Ÿคฉ

We are so proud of these guys.๐Ÿซก

Each plays an important role at the garage.

We so value and appreciate them.๐Ÿ…

We presented them with a 4x4 track day at Mercedes Benz world along with a bonus.๐Ÿ†

THERE'S MORE TO A JOB THAN THE JOB DESCRIPTION.

You spend a lot of your life at work, so who you work with matters.
We're a relatively small team at Field's Car Centre. We work hard, have busy days, occasionally drive each other madโ€ฆ and have a good laugh along the way.

Some of our team have been with us for many years, and we're proud of that.
We're now looking for a Service Advisor to become part of it.

We're not simply looking for someone to fill a chair in reception. We want someone who will get to know our customers, work alongside the workshop team and become an important part of Field's as we continue to develop the business.

ยฃ34,000โ€“ยฃ40,000 depending on experience
Mondayโ€“Friday with no weekends
21 days holiday + bank holidays
Company pension & sick pay
Ongoing training and development
If that sounds like the sort of place you'd like to work, we'd be interested in hearing from you.

Send your CV to [email protected] or call us on 01483 766634.

WE DID SAY NO TWO DAYS ARE THE SAMEโ€ฆ

One of the things we love about working at Field's Car Centre is the variety.
From everyday family cars to EVs, hybrids, diagnostics and occasionally something a little more unusual like this Ariel Atom โ€” you never quite know what will come through the door.

And that's just as true for our Service Advisor.
One minute you're talking to a customer, the next you're discussing a job with a technician, organising parts, preparing an estimate or working out how to keep the day's schedule running smoothly.

We're currently looking for someone to join us as a Service Advisor.
ยฃ34,000โ€“ยฃ40,000 depending on experience
Mondayโ€“Friday
No weekend working
Training and development provided

You don't necessarily need a motor trade background. If you're organised, good with people, enjoy solving problems and fancy a new challenge, we'd like to hear from you.

A SERVICE ADVISOR ISN'T JUST SOMEONE WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE.

At Field's Car Centre, our Service Advisor is the link between the people in our workshop and the customers who trust us with their cars.

You'll need to understand what's happening in the workshop, keep customers updated, prepare estimates, organise parts and help make sure jobs progress through the day.

You don't need to know everything about cars on day one โ€” we'll help with that.
What matters to us is that you can communicate, organise, solve problems and genuinely enjoy looking after people.

We're looking for a new Service Advisor to join our team in Woking.
ยฃ34,000โ€“ยฃ40,000 depending on experience
Mondayโ€“Friday โ€” no weekends
Full training and ongoing development

Motor trade experience is preferred, but we're also interested in people with strong customer service and organisational skills from other industries.

Interested? Send your CV to [email protected] or call 01483 766634 for a chat.
