This little mgbt came in for paint correction to remove 30 years of swirls from constant dry wiping and improper wash techniques.

Little did i know the single stage paint was harder than a bare knuckle boxer and removing said swirls was seriously tricky. In the end 3000 grit sandpaper and a rotary cut and da finnsih got it there. Two coats of wax, one synthetic followed by a carnuba top coat locked the finish in.

This flat black ferrari 328 had possibly the softest paint i have ever encountered in over 500 cars that I've polished. A brand new cloth every pannel or the dry compound in the cloth would mar the paint.🤦

We got there in the end and its now a black mirror. That's not a scratch on the bonnet thats a reflection of the sky!

Another risky job that required a very specific approach. This satin painted AMG came in for a full exterior decon , soft top clean and protect and and interior valet.

After a liquid decontamination we clayed the paint very gently with a used clay towel to avoid maring the paint which cannot be polished untill it was smooth again.

It was then topped with 2 coats of a satin specific ceramic detailer to give the paint some protection.

I dont just work on new cars. The old ones get serious treatment to. This lovely mgrv8 came in for a 2 stage polish to sort out the 33 year-old paint work. Topped with a ceramic coat for proper protection including sealing the soft top and an interior valet.

You dont realise how big cars are now untill you work on something like this.

Range rover piano black is so fragile. Swirls, oxidises and looks toilet in no time. The new go hard compound from sorts these in one step with a yellow foam pad. Time and money saved from a two stage polish and a very happy client. If you offer corrections and you don't use this stuff you like making things hard for yourself.

In the 9 years I have been doing this job I've come across some rare cars but 1 of 2 in the world is probably the rarest. A fully restored sunbeam talbot, nearly 100 years old! This received a rinsless wash and wax as jetwashing something this old can be a recipe for problems. Not everything needs a ceramic coating when its only doing 200 miles a year.

This lively little mx5 was in the unit this week for a paint correction, stone chips touch ups and a ceramic coating. Anyone that knows mazda knows the paint is rizzla thin and this was no exception so we had to tread lightly but got it done. It's now summer ready. Good choice she's a minter.
