Smooth Vehicle Logistics is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Day Shift Recovery Driver to join our team at our Witham Depot.

If you’re looking for a Monday to Friday role with a well-established and expanding business, we’d love to hear from you.

The Biggest Risk of Recovery 🚨

The most dangerous part of being a recovery driver is not always the damaged vehicle, it’s the live traffic around it.
Working at the roadside means relying on passing drivers to slow down and give enough space, and not all of them do. That risk is very real. In fact, it’s something our driver has experienced firsthand after being hit by a vehicle on the job before.

It’s a serious reminder that roadside recovery can be dangerous, and why slowing down and moving over matters so much. ✅

Night Shift Recovery Driver Needed 🌙

We’re hiring a Night Shift Recovery Driver to join the team at our Witham depot.

This is a full-time role working 4 days on / 4 days off, with shifts from 7pm–7am. If you’ve got roadside
recovery experience, a C1 licence, and C1+E, we want to hear from you.

What’s on offer:
● £15.00–£17.00 per hour
