Email received today from a customer.

Hi.

Please feel free to quote this in a review.

V happy with the service I received today from your guys. My annoying shallow 4mm chip right in the drivers eyeline has been filled flush with the screen surface. As a result the really irritating glint from the broken surface has disappeared (although, as I was warned, the mend is not quite invisible). It is now far more easily ignored and liveable with. No new screen required which is great as insurance would not have covered replacement for such light damage.

As an aside I am a trans woman and while I dont know wether I was "clocked" the crew were professional and polite throughout. (Which is all that matters really.) In the present unforgiving social climate re trans rights polite and seamless treatment by staff is always a relief.

Mid Cheshire Windscreens therefore get my Trans friendly vote if anyone else is wondering whether to use them.

Kind regards, Ella Milnes.

Been a busy week removing and refitting leaking Evoque and Focus windscreen. Both are common problems with dealer windscreen. With an old defender for new windscreen and windscreen rubber.
