So a bit of diversity for me today. Had to move a jet engine from Bournemouth aviation museum, to Southampton aviation museum. Made a change from bikes. A very interesting bunch of guys.

Just a heads up guys and gals. On the A31 before you get to Alton, there’s a couple of massive pot holes on the inside lane. I just hit one and I’ve got a dented front rim to show for it. That’ll take a good wallop the the rubber mallet to fix. Be careful out there. X

Motorbike, Trike and Quad Transport Across the UK

My dear old Italian motorbike became very Italian on Friday evening and left me stranded on the A30, I called RAC at 6:40pm, they sent a patrol which arrived at 8pm and drove straight pass me as deemed too dangerous to stop. Cheers! I awaited recovery that actually had not been arranged by RAC because they didn’t know my location, how did that patrol guy find me? They then said I would be picked up at 3:30am! My boyfriend had been to Infinity Motorcycles the weekend before and picked up Phil’s Pickup business card from the counter. He gave Phil a call at about 9:40pm and he said he’d be there in 20mins to get me, and he was there in pretty much 20mins! He stopped right where we was broken down, loaded the bike up and away we went back home. Phil was lovely and friendly to me considering I was a bit frett being sat on the side of the road for quite a few hours so not all my ducks where in a row so to speak 😆 we live in quite a busy dead end road so Phil unloaded the bike out on the main road and helped push it back to its home. Thank Phil for saving our bacon on a Friday night and hope it didn’t leave you too tired for Golf the next day. 👍🏼 I will definitely call on your services again when needed.
