🔹 Investigated this Audi for petrol leak and poor engine running

❌ Found the fuel rail bolt, one had been broken off and another one looks like it pulled out threads from the cylinder head
➖ A new seals and gaskets well as new bolts will be required for this repair

❌ Leaking power steering fluid and heavy steering

🔹 Investigated the issue
🔹 Found intercooler had dropped onto the power steering pipes and vibrations rubbed through metal steering pipe, creating a hole and steering fluid leak 💦

🔧 Carried out temporary repairs roadside to get the steering assistance and to contain the fluid whilst the new pipes are sourced

✅ Quick road side repair - stopped the leak - filled steering fluid and back on the road 🌟

🔹 Removed old and replaced with new battery
🔹 Programmed the battery to the BMS
🔹 Carried out battery drain testing
✅ No battery drain test detected - perfect 0.02A when asleep

Digital technology is failing us again.
No mileage, no fuel level, no other information. 🤔 Good old mechanical gauges don't fail this often as

🔹 Customer reported a dashboard display which was acting up
🔹 The issue got progressively worse

💻 Carried out investigation and electrical testing on components related to instrument cluster and electrical wiring

❌ Determined the fault is with the LCD display insignia which require replacement.

✅ Removed the instruments cluster and will be send away for repairs
