We have lived in Saffron Walden for many years and have also been regular customers of your garage because we believe in supporting local businesses whenever possible.
The service you offer on the forecourt is exceptional and fairly unique and it is always nice to have a brief chat with whoever is on duty whilst filling up. Like most people, we always appreciate value for money.
Today, we were amazed to find that you have reduced the price of petrol by 1p per litre - in the present economic climate there is a ready-made excuse to continue to increase prices, but you have chosen to pass on a reduction to your customers at the earliest opportunity!
