Transit custom CarPlay refit how can people get away with this absolute atrocious work and at over £500 supplied and fitted. Didn’t have the right lead so cut the only plug off and twist and tape wires together. Only two speakers working wired to one output. No mic for hands free and no steering wheel controls also old controls just shoved behind new radio. All wiring out back to standard and the right can lead fitted and external mic fitted. Now all works on controls and also parking sensors working on screen too.

Well we got called out to a absolute stunning mk1 gold cab today with old school Clifford alarm and immobiliser not working and draining the battery as you can see very badly fitted so removed that soldered new wires in and got rid of scotch lock and waygo. Now nice and safe and And no more draining of battery.

Here is one of the jobs we got called out to this week in a horse box that another electrician had been and fitted a CarPlay dash cam and rear cam as you can see from the first 3 pics not very well. So we sorted that and hard wired it too. fitted some usb chargers in front and in back and lights in the back too. Looked very good once finished done properly and safe.

Last job of the day a that’s been in bits for nearly 20 years only a few problems most of the time these old car problems are fixed with new fuses as the old fuse get rusty and stop working this one was was no chance full set of new fuses and 99% was fixed few earth cleaned and new terminals and was all fix. That’s another old school back on the road
