We’ve been preparing Primrose, our American Chevy pickup, (a 1948 Chevrolet 3100 Thriftmaster no less!) for Saturday’s classic car road run and Flo’s definitely excited to join us! Are you coming too?

We’ll be leaving the show ground in Balne at 1pm, heading to The Bay Horse in Great Heck (Saturday 13th June). The weather forecast is warm and sunny so you’ve no excuse not to join us!

After completing the primer stage, using Novol hybrid primer. It's on to the best bit... colour.

The customer has chosen a fantastic Sapphire blue for his bespoke MGA.

Finished in Spectral Base 2.0 and Novol top quality clearcoat.

It's then a quick polish, using the Cartec system and then back to the customer for them to complete the build up.

After completing any required filler work it’s back into the oven for isolator epoxy and Novol PS polyester spray filler and another bake.

Then we're onto the hand blocking stage, where a powder guide coat is used to show up any imperfections or sanding marks. This is important to ensure we've created the flatest finish, all ready for primer.
