A few of the jobs we’ve had in over the last month, (the ones I’ve managed to get a photo of) we’ve been surprisingly busy over the last two months with all kinds of work from your standard dent repairs, scratches right upto a couple of kit cars requiring full shaping, gapping before being painted. 2/3 completed, one of them we’ve been asked to to post just yet as it’s due to be unveiled on a show stand at the NEC in early November which is pretty cool. The third Mercedes speedster kit car is currently being worked on and should start seeing colour very soon. We’ve had a run of boat hulls for a marine company also.
Some exciting news to also share end of this month which we are extremely excited about but nervous about too, never the less I’m ready for it. Update to be announced soon!

Dave’s Formosa 120 coupe came to us ready for some paint to be carried out, consisted of reface application due to the fiberglass body, then the priming stages ready for the basecoat and lacquer application. Just a few nibs to remove and polish before taking back to Dave ready to be built up.

Just a handful of the jobs we’ve repaired over the last month or so. Some trade and some general public. Although I mainly post the classic, custom or vehicles that catch the attention of people that are scrolling on Facebook I thought a post to show that we do all kind of body repairs from plastic and grp repairs, dents, scratches and damaged paint right through to kit cars and classic vehicles. Even the odd American vehicle.

We’ve got the next car in ready to get to work on. We’ve also got another exciting fibreglass body car that we are currently working on that will be pictured soon, along side that we will be working on a historic track car that will be going on stand to the NEC this year. I’m going to try do regular updates on these jobs although majority of the time I always seem to forget until it’s too late.
July and August are looking super busy for us.

Bentley arnage came to us with corrosion around the bootlid badge probably due to steel bolts corroding first the attacking the bootlid.
We removed and parts to gain access to the complete infected area and ground back the rust as much as possible before treating the corrosion with a rust inhibitor. Then carried on with the usual process to repair and paint back to how it should be. A nice glossy flat paint finish.

Is there anyone out there that is looking for a potentially full time or part time job that can do bodywork preparation and polishing to a high standard. Bulk of the duties would be
Shaping and gaping of panels
Filler work, all aspects of preparation prior to paint and flat and polish.
Bonus if you can paint.

I’ve got a run of fiberglass kit cars due in over the next 3-4 months with two currently in at the moment. If anyone’s looking or knows anyone whose handy at automotive bodywork please get in touch via WhatsApp with you work experience

Range Rover svr carbon fibre bonnet restoration. This car had severe lacquer peel all over the bonnet, so we set to work sanding back the lacquer ready for application of fresh paint. Looking nice and shiny again.
