🔧DS3 🚘🚘

Customer compliant;

Cooling fan running continuously after the engine is switched off and the engine warning light is on the dash.

🫡 We get to work diagnosing, after a few quick checks and assessments, we find the culprit to be these Variable Camshaft Solenoid filter/gauze almost fully covered. Years of build up preventing engine oil from flowing through. It’s definitely doing what it’s designed to do!!

The fix;

A clean of both Solenoids, Engine Oil & Filter change. Car behaving itself once again!! 😎

Taking the time to understand what was going on with this car and implementing a proper diagnostic routine, allowed us to diagnose and fix the problem correctly, “First Time” and without replacing unnecessary parts. 👍🏻
