Opportunity to supply and install a 15 bar 10.04 m3/min (75-355 cfm) screw compressor.

This tender starts on 19-8-2022 and finishes on 29-08-2022.

We are a long-established commercial Retread manufacturing company, who are looking to purchase a more efficient compressor to help bring our carbon footprint and energy bills down. We are based in Weston Super Mare Somerset.

Selection Process

It is with much sadness and sorrow that we have lost one of our founders Robert Collins on Sunday 6th June.

Bob aged 79 passed away peacefully after a battle with cancer with his beloved family by his side.

Bob founded TTS in 1974 with his business partner Phil Binning and was a well-known, respected and knowledgeable tyre professional even after his retirement. Bob had great pride in TTS and the people within the business and industry and achieved so very much not only within TTS but within his life. He was a beloved husband to Helen and father to Dan and Lizzie as well as being a proud grandfather.

Bob retired some years ago but was regularly to be found in the office putting smiles on our faces with his many anecdotes and offering much valued input in to the business.

I’m sure that you will join us in offering our most sincere condolences to Helen, Dan, Lizzie, and their families.

This purchase represents a significant 6 figure sum investment back into the business to ensure that we continue to manufacture the highest quality remoulds long in to the future.

Director Dan Collins said. This is a massive investment in the latest technology of tyre remoulding and shows our continued commitment to producing the highest quality truck remoulds, and re-investing in our business for the long term. We have been producing quality remoulds for 45 years now and have huge knowledge and expertise in doing so.This new builder and sidewaller will further enhance the quality of our product as well as bringing additional environmental benefits. We are not only committed to producing high quality product but also take our commitment to the environment very seriously, which is proven by previous investment in to solar power for our own use and the local community.
