Do you often get stale air coming into your car through the interior air vents, have you ever popped the bonnet and checked the outside vents are clear and not full of debris?

So with seeing the oil filter clogged up, we decided to take the engine sump off. We found that the sump pan was full of sludge, and also what we could of the inside of the lower engine area.

Customer had their car dashboard light up with warning signs and telling them to stop. When we checked there was hardly any oil in the engine, so we decided to change oil and filter, and this what we found, a very blocked oil filter

Have you noticed exhaust gas smell inside of your car or heard chuffing noises from your engine compartment? It probably be carbon monoxide getting through your air vents, which is very harmful to you and your passengers. It could be worn injector seals / washers worn as highlighted in red, in blue is what they should look like.
