With the bump stops working so well I scaled up the same design to use on the cross chassis bar to protect from the seat which (for me) I need pushed right back.

Due to TPU’s excellent abrasion and wear resistance this simple solution will stop the seat rubbing the frame. 👌🏻

Needed to add limiters to the steering rack to stop the wishbones fowling the disc on extreme lock.

So knocked up these bump stops and 3d printed in TPU (flexible rubber filament) 👌🏻

The new sim room is also coming together nicely.

Moving the rig is not something I want to have to do again!! 😅

Let’s just say it’s a snug fit! The room is climate-controlled and soundproofed and will be pitch black when racing, perfect to further the immersion 👌🏻

Cross drilled and grooved discs, billet hubs and uprights, 4 pot and make up the front corners….

Along with fully rose jointed upper/lower wishbones. 🔥
