Arrived on the back of a recovery truck and left under its own steam, another Hymer saved!

This motorhome was recovered to us with a suspected clutch failure after multiple garages declined to repair due to is age, with our knowledge on hymer’s we couldn’t say no.

The fault ended up being a driveshaft that popped out of position, but that wasn’t all wrong mechanically. We had to do almost a full front suspension and brake rebuild as well as having to call out an auto electrician to sort out some electrical gremlins.

After a fresh MOT the Hymer is ready for its next adventure through Scandinavia.

This motorhome came in for a towbar fitting. It was a lot bigger job than we expected, taking us a day and half to get installed properly and wired up!

It’s now ready to tow motorbikes around Europe for bike rally’s and freedom to explore harder to reach areas.

Hopefully the next time we fit a tow bar it won’t take as long🤞

This camper to us with habitation electrical issues. We found its solar system and chargers were not working meaning there was no way to charge the leisure battery!

We installed Victron energy chargers, new solar panel and an AGM leisure battery to get the camper ready for more adventures.

Our move is completed🎉

We would like to give a massive thank you to everyone who helped and supported us from lending us a chop-saw to a forklift for moving our heavy tools and shed!

We’ve had a busy couple of weeks settling in and playing catch up.
