Jolly's Carbon

Jolly's Carbon I manufacture parts using pre-preg carbon fibre. Aprilia RS660 and Gen 1 Mille/ tuono parts. I use top quality pre-preg to get my excellent finish.

I started making parts out of carbon fibre in my own garage as a hobby in my spare time and now i am trying to turn it into a small business. I currently make anything I can think of for my 2004 Aprilia Tuono Racing motorcycle. I make all the moulds myself from either fiberglass or aluminim. I also make small parts for my bicycle.

Sorry for the lack of updates. I’ve been concentrating on recovering from the accident/ operation. I still can’t lift more than about 10kgs.
Anyway here’s some stuff from this week, some fresh out of the moulds and un-trimmed and others finished and ready to be boxed up.

This is where things started to take off for me. I think pretty much every Gen 1 Mille/ Tuono in the UK and many more around the world has either had or still does have one of these on it.
At one point I was making 4 or 5 a week.
So thanks to everyone that has bought one and many more of my products.

Para world champ, world one hour record holder, and two time British champ James Coxon asked me to make a ‘chain guard’ for his trike.
So I had a quick re-design of my chainring cover/ guard and made one that guards the chain, you can see it stands proud of the chainring. Picture to show how mine sits.
