For one special morning in Kansas City, children fighting cancer and their families were the guests of honor. 💛

The annual Fountain of Hope and Hero Parade, hosted by Braden's Hope For Childhood Cancer, kicks off Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Families parade through the city with the community cheering them on, and the route ends at the Plaza fountains, where the water turns gold.

BMW of Shawnee Mission provided 35 BMWs for the ride, with our employees volunteering behind the wheel to give each family a memorable morning. Thank you to FOX4 News Kansas City for helping bring the parade to the whole city, and to the Kansas City Police Department for escorting every family safely along the route.

We have supported Braden's Hope since the beginning, and this parade has become one of our team's favorite traditions. Thank you to these families for letting us be part of your day.

Last week, our team packed and delivered more than 4,000 meals with Kids' Meals, Inc., the only home meal delivery program in the country built for kids this young, right here in Houston. More than 11,000 children depend on meals like these each day.

This isn't a once-a-year thing for us. Our team keeps showing up because we love this organization and what it does for our city.
