Sad to announce that I will finally be leaving and saying goodbye to my Joe's beloved Atlas which I'm proud to say I've been able to run successfully with my two amazing talented team, Gary Nelson and Dave Ward since we lost him 5 years ago. Both have been there for me whenever I needed them. I'm totally broken to be saying goodbye to my amazing customers and suppliers. Absolutely loved knowing and working with you all. And thank you for the non stop love and support.
I'm keeping this page open purely for sentimental reasons and a reminder of beautiful memories of our incredible achievements, but no doubt new owners will create their own page. Thank you everyone who has helped our success. Mary 💖

PHVC has announced the acquisition of Atlas Mobility Conversions in a move the business says will allow it to expand its offering.

I am delighted to announce that Atlas Mobility Conversions has merged with PHVC Minibus and Fleet Suppliers with effect from 1st September 2025.

The two companies have worked together for decades, making the move a natural fit, and this will allow us to expand our specialist Conversion and Adaptation offerings, giving our customers access to greater vehicle availability and options.

We will be remaining in our beautiful location near the Hamble River in Warsash, and expanding our team, to continue to support our valued Customers and Suppliers in line with PHVCs strong partnerships with leading manufacturers, including Ford, Vauxhall and Iveco, ensuring our customers benefit from preferential terms and the right vehicle to meet their needs.

Many of you knew my Joe, and will be aware of his absolute passion for his beloved business. I am so glad to have been able to have continued to run it for him after his sad unexpected passing in 2020. I know he would have been delighted with this move. He had a great deal of respect for and loved working with Paul Huxford, Chairman and Founder at PHVC, and his team, for many years. They have continued to support me since and I consider them to be one of our most valued customers and partners.

I am proud of the reputation we have built as a family run Converter, and becoming part of PHVC allows us to continue delivering the personal service our customers expect, whilst giving them more choice than ever before.

I would also like to thank you all for your amazing support to me over the past 5 years, and delighted that this move allows us to continue to do the same for you, and keep the strong relationships we have built.

So today, one of my amazing customers showed me this article from the early 80s, which have to admit made me feel very emotional. Shows that the business I inherited from my Joe, whose total passion it was , was one of the first pioneers in this industry. He would have loved to see this. We actually have photos of this conversion in our archives. Proud that as a woman in this very male dominated industry I’ve carried it on with my equally passionate team 💙
