We're finally edging closer to normality and our cars are seeing the road again. No Nonsense are back doing what we do best.
Here's one of our first jobs back. This golf was due a routine timing belt change. We fitted a genuine VW timing belt kit and water pump.
After inspecting the water pump we found that the sleeve had siezed closed, covering the veins of the water pump, meaning it was not going to circulate coolant around the engine.
The driver had planned their first trip to the lake district since the restrictions 2 days after the car was worked on and this routine replacement saved at the very least a breakdown and possible engine damage.
