Thank you to everyone who have sent well wishes, unfortunately at 12:53 this afternoon my dad (Paul Gannon) gained his wings. We’ll be heading home tomorrow and just ask that you can be patient with me taking work calls for a couple of days please. Love Vikkie & Mike

Hi guys, just a little update.

So, we got a call on Friday afternoon that my dad (Paul Gannon who lives in Scotland) had taken poorly after treatment for liver cancer. Unfortunately an infection exacerbated other underlying conditions with his lungs. He’s now on palliative care with no further treatment available. He’s currently very comfortable but very much asleep all the time now.
I’d like to thank everyone who has checked in on myself and Mike and everyone that has sent us messages of support.
We have no idea as yet of when we will be home but will do our very best to keep in touch with all work pre booked in for this week and going forward. Thanks everyone. Vikkie

Good evening everyone, just a quick one.

While I appreciate this only happens from a very small minority ( as the majority of our clients are amazing!)……..

Could I please ask as politely and respectfully as possible, that unless it’s absolutely urgent, that work related CALLS that are made to myself, Mike, Facebook messenger or our work number within reasonable hours. Ideally these would be between 8:30am and 6pm.
We are receiving an increased number of calls between 20:30 and 08:00. This isn’t fair on Mike, who works very hard and long hours and should be able to switch off once he comes home. Messages left after 6pm will be picked up the following day unless stated
URGENT.
In addition, we very very rarely have same day appointments available, and are usually booked at least 3-4 days in advance. Please consider this when requesting an appointment and not “expect” the day to be free.

We are now closed until a week on Tuesday for Mike to have a well deserved break.
