Range anxiety has been real problem restricting the mass uptake of fully electric vehicles, especially for business users.
But with the average cost to fill up the average family car over £100.00 and all the signs that this will get worse, is the time right to forget maximum range & have a dedicated EV to cover the daily commute?
Remember, as a business owner, that £100 paid at the pump represents ~£160 of your company’s gross profits (i.e. before Corporation Tax & Dividend Tax are applied, or Income Tax as applicable)
With small EV’s such as Fiat 500e, Peugeot E-208 & Vauxhall Corsa-e starting at just £225/month ex VAT & BIK at only 2%, should you run this as an additional company car?
At what point does this make sense to you?
