BMW E93 335i N55 with reduced power and engine fault for rail pressure, long cranking before engine starts. Has been messed with previously. Cheap aftermarket HPFP fitted and Euro 6 injectors.
Electric water pump leaking coolant.
Genuine HPFP fitted
6 Bosch Euro5 injectors fitted and coded
Electric water pump and thermostat replaced
DCT gearbox serviced
Catalytic converter replaced

Engine now running normally with no fault lights, just needs mapping properly now.

Transit custom 2.0 ecoblue wet belt change, 21 plate with 60k so well below fords interval and it’s cracking already. Complete kit done including sump removal and oil pump wet belt replaced.

Vivaro 2.0dci I bought cheap as it was diagnosed as needing injector change, turns out it was a free fix as wiring by gearbox got rubbed through by moist pipe. 1 injector wire worn through and 1 for egr valve these were shorting together with engine vibration. Also had some suspect repairs in the past. All now repaired just needs EGR valve cleaning out now

435d that had a lack of oil changes, number 2 and 3 main bearings spun starving big ends of oil so 5 out of 6 big ends spun. Block worn, 5 worn con rods and crank damaged. Replacement block sourced, 6 new rods and crank regrind. On road to recovery now, engine should be back in this week.

Bmw 530d N57 with snapped chain, upper failed and hit wrapped round fuel pump jamming it up lower chain then snapped. 6 broken rockers as a result. Car had been off road about 2 months at a garage that were telling owner it needed a complete rebuild. New chain kit and 6 rockers fitted and it’s up and running and back with its owner.

M2 with 40k miles clunk on diff when taking up drive, oil looks awful so sampled for testing and oil replaced while awaiting oil report. Broken rear suspension spring so 2 new BMW springs fitted.

123d coupe n47 has had recent clutch and flywheel but not timing chain, whoever did clutch fitted release bearing wrong way round. Chain kit replaced and bearing fitted correctly, much better feel on clutch pedal now.

£150 purchase with a misfire on number 1, exhaust valve burnt out due to oil consumption and carbon build up. 2 new exhaust valves, new stem seals,piston rings,bores Honed and big end shells along with gaskets and timing chain kit. Running perfect in all 4 now.
