This excellent Jaguar XF 2.0 R-Sport 250BHP was with us and we managed to get 280BHP out of the 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine. The toque increased from 340NM to 440NM which is an outstanding increase. On the test drive the customer was thrilled with the results from the performance increase we managed to get out of this!

It is now possible to remap more cars than ever before and map them through easier techniques than ever before. This makes our lives easier and keeps the cost down as typically taking out the ECU and flashing the onboard chip would have an increased price compared to just connecting pints to the pin-out controller unit.

It is now possible to remap BMW and Mini cars via the OBD2 port without physically removing/opening the ECU!

What does this mean? Spectrum Tuning have invested heavily in order to be able to remap/tune your car without removal of ECU and flashing on a bench. Absolutely no risk of physical damage to ECU (Which would be covered under our insurance anyway).

This is big news for Spectrum Tuning and our customers who are looking for a cost effective, reliable custom remap for BMW/Mini F series cars. We are one of first in the country to now offer this service.

We will be keeping our prices at the standard rates and continue to offer are service across the country. We will be offering Red, Blue and Green Stage 1 remaps available from today!

We have had many customers query and inquire about this service already. Here is a fantastic example of a lovely BMW 330D 3.0 M Sport V6 we recently tuned.

Stock the car was outputting 258BHP and 560NM of torque but after our RED Stage 1 remap it jumped up to 325BHP with 665NM of torque! The engineer and customer described the experience of the test drive "Gripping, pushing me back into the seat".

We recently tuned this absolute beast. A black Mercedes CLS350 3.0 CDI Semi-auto. The shifting response times increased greatly after recalibrating the gearbox. The customer opted for our Spectrum Red tuning file to be applied to the car which is our Stage 1 pure performance package.

The car increased from 265BHP to a thrilling 325bhp and the torque went from 620nm to 715nm! Incredible for this 3.0L diesel on a Stage 1 tune.

The customer was extremely thrilled and happy with the results after taking the car for a test drive!

We recently tuned this BMW 1 Series. The customer opted for our Spectrum Red tuning file to be applied to the car which is our Stage 1 performance package.

Although it is a naturally aspirated petrol engine, the car increased from 115bhp to 130bhp and the torque from 150nm to 170nm. Which is amazing for a 1.6 Petrol non-turbo on a Stage 1.
