An exciting opportunity to take a leading role in a growing automotive parts business!
Allparts XPS is looking for an experienced, driven and hands-on Operations Director to take on responsibility for the day-to-day running of our business.
We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, develop our people, improve operational efficiency and help take the business to the next level.
🔧 THE ROLE
You’ll oversee all key operational areas, including:
✅ Sales Team – Lead, motivate and develop our sales team, driving performance, customer service and sales growth.
✅ Warehouse Operations – Ensure efficient stock management, warehouse organisation, accuracy and productivity.
✅ Distribution & Logistics – Oversee our delivery fleet, routes and distribution operations to ensure excellent service and efficiency.
✅ Systems & Processes – Review existing procedures, identify areas for improvement and introduce new systems to streamline operations.
✅ People Management – Recruit, train, support and develop staff, creating a positive, accountable and high-performing team.
✅ Financial & Operational Performance – Manage operational costs, work within agreed budgets and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
👊 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re not looking for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day.
We want a hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up, get involved and lead by example.
You’ll ideally have:
* Proven experience in operational or senior management.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Experience overseeing sales, warehouse and distribution teams.
* A commercial mindset with a focus on efficiency and profitability.
* The ability to introduce change, improve processes and deliver results.
* Experience in the automotive aftermarket; experience working in a motor factor would be ideal.
