W.Howard boatbuilder Will Howard runs a small business building and restoring wooden Thames boats in the sleepy riverside village of south Stoke.

Will runs his own small business specialising in building and restoring Traditional Thames wooden boats. After qualifying at Falmouth Marine school, Will continued his training at Peter Freebodies and Henwood and Dean boatbuilders gaining experience with some of the best boatbuilders on the Thames. Will also won preservationist of the year award at Henwood and Dean from building a Thames skiff in

2008, presented by Prince Michael of Kent for the British Transport Trust. One project Will was very fortunate to have had was some involvement in working alongside master boat builder Mark Edwards on the Gloriana for The Queens Diamond Jubilee.
