Spent £200+ yesterday to clear the account = Account still disabled.
Paid £740 in the ad funds account. You took payments from that = Ad account still disabled.
Ads now disabled over 3p. No way to pay. Can’t change the payment method, can’t delete the payment method.
No warning. No human support. Just an automated lock.
Small businesses rely on these platforms to operate.
If payments fail, fine — retry them.
But disabling accounts over pennies while offering no real-time support isn’t sustainable.
If advertisers are funding the platform, we deserve:
• Smarter billing systems
• Proper escalation paths
• Actual human support
This isn’t about 3p.
It’s about systems that work for businesses.
We cannot find anywhere to contact anyone to help us.
